How properties are described — the same categories applied to every entry
Every property is approached through the same sequence: setting and geography, the character of guest floors, dining as it relates to the stay, and the public spaces that shape movement through the day.
Star class and category appear as factual labels drawn from the source data used to build each entry. Setting tags — waterfront, downtown, countryside, resort and the like — guide the prose but are not printed as marketing badges.
Descriptions stay short. They state what can be known from the fixed facts available to this guide and stop there. Invented amenities, named restaurants and guest counts do not appear.
Photographs illustrate the property named beside them. They are not a promise of a particular room or view on any given date.
